Our Contract

When you place an order we will send you an email containing order details to confirm that we have received the order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us upon posting the product in question, at which point you will receive another email confirming that the product has been dispatched. When you place an order, you are seeking to enter into a contract with I Heart Buttons. I Heart Buttons will retain ownership of the products until full payment has been received. I Heart Buttons will deliver worldwide.

 

 

Pricing & Availability

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which are listed separately.

 

 

Ready Made Bouquets

Ready made bouquets will be posted within 5 working days. If you require any bespoke items with a purchase of a ready made item, please allow extra time for delivery. We will contact you upon your purchase to inform you of the timescale.

 

 

Bespoke Bouquets

Our bespoke bouquets are made to order. Please get in touch to confirm
our current waiting list time.

 

 

Postage & Packing

Postage costs and methods of delivery vary depending on the product, the smaller the item, the smaller the cost! Please refer to individual product listings for full details. All items are carefully wrapped and dispatched as soon as possible, to ensure that they reach you as quickly and safely as possible. As our items are handmade and sometimes irreplaceable, we always ship either Signed For, International Signed For, Special Next Day Delivery or via Courier. If you do not receive your order within the expected timescale, please check with your local mail delivery office to see if they are holding your parcel. If they have nothing for you, please contact us and we will shout at a postman until your order is safely delivered.

Customs

When ordering products from the Website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information prior to ordering.

 

 

 

Returns

Ready Made Items: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. I Heart Buttons will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Bespoke orders are not eligible for refunds.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 36 hours of ordering.  Cancellations may be subject to an admin charge if work has been carried out already and items ordered in for your purchase.  If your item(s) were made bespoke then we do not have to refund you, but please always get in touch and let us see if we can work something out.   For bouquet cancellations the deposit paid or the full payment (if paid in full) will be non-refundable..
