Venue Hire
You are more than welcome to bring your own food/drinks for your guests at a venue rental hire of £15 per additional half an hour. Or you can just bring the cake which will be included in Option 1. We will help you clear up and supply bin liners and the rubbish can be left with us to dispose of.
If you are supplying food/cakes you will need to bring the food on their own trays or bowls You will need to bring your own paper plates, bowls and cutlery, We will have the food table covered with a themed tablecloth and have a “Happy Birthday” banner across it.
We will supply unlimited water/orange or blackcurrant squash will be provided in plastic cups. If you wish to bring your own drinks, please let us know.
Photographs
We can take photographs of the party individually and in a group showing off their makes. If you are happy with this, we can also upload them to our Facebook page for you to share with family/friends. If you would prefer no photos taken or to be put up on Social media please let us know.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Our party times are
Saturday: 11am, 1,.30pm 4pm
Sunday: 11am, 1,.30pm 4pm
We can also do weekdays after 3:.30pm (or later on request). If you would like a time outside of these hours do let us know.
We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit which is payable on booking. When you book and pay the deposit you must let us know the number of children you are booking for as we will prepare for this amount. If any of the children are unable to attend we are unable to refund but will package up their party item along with a selection of decorations which can then be taken home for them. We do not supply the glue or brush. If a Unicorn makeover was also booked, we will give you the keepsake horn too. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the party and you will be emailed an invoice or you can pop the cash into us. If the balance is not paid the party will be cancelled.
An invoice will be emailed to you and payment is accepted by cash, Stripe (option on the invoice) or bank transfer.
Please can you ensure your guests arrive promptly at the party time. Access cannot be gained to our Craft Centre more than 10 minutes before your time slot for guests. (if you need to set up you can arrive 15 minutes before the party start time. Please, note, parties that run over their allocated time will be charged at the rate of an additional £7.50 per 15 minutes.
Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice (or after the balance has been paid) there will be no refund but you will be able to have this added as credit and re-book within 2 months from the date of cancellation.
